RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t – you have up to 30 days to return items purchased. Item must be received at our facility within 30days of ordering (please allow 5-7days for return mail).
Items must be in their original condition: unused with tags still on them or safety seal still intact. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase.
We do not accept C.O.D deliveries. If you choose to not use our pre-paid return labels, shipment is at your expense. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges through retail locations or for international purchases.
- Print your invoice or use the one we sent with your shipment
- Indicate which item(s) you are wanting to return
- Prepare your return package with your items for return and the marked invoice.
- If damaged or defected, call our customer service line at 888-334-4367 to have a USPS return shipping label emailed to you.
